Therefore, we have made a package for a 2-day workshop, that contains most of the topics that everyone can use in relation to customer management and personal development.
The workshop is aimed at all customer-facing employees in the organization, including sales consultants, account managers, customer advisors, customer service, sales team management and the sales director.

There will be a homework assignment for the participants based on their own daily life between the 2 workshop days, just as both days will be full of group exercises and assignments.
All participants in the workshop will have their own Personal Profile Analysis done and receive personal feedback on this.
